Talbot Times - Elgin Handles Ltd., 1887

The December 1984 copy of the Talbot Times contains a 1887 article on Elgin Handles Ltd., and the town of Sparta. There is a reference to the Rebellion of 1837, and family names included in the article are Doan Family (Quakers), Burgess, Scott, Kipp, Haight and many others.
